SVG compression

SVG files,
trimmed down

Usually 20-60% lighter through lossless xml minification. Same extension, same dimensions, nothing renamed.

What happens to a SVG

An SVG is a text file that describes shapes, so it stays sharp at any size and on any display. That suits icons, logos, charts and anything that has to scale with the layout. What Illustrator, Figma or Sketch exports is rarely lean: editor namespaces, hidden layers, comments and path coordinates carried out to many decimal places. Removing all of that and minifying the markup saves 20-60% and changes nothing about the drawing, since no pixels are involved.

Three steps

01

Add the SVG files

Drag them into the panel above or browse for them. Up to 20 at a time, 5 MB each.

02

The route runs itself

Lossless XML minification is applied to every file, tuned so the result holds up next to the original on screen.

03

Take the lighter copy

Compare the two sizes, read the saving, and download the SVG file on its own or with the rest of the batch.
