PDF compression

Long document
Short attachment

Pick how much image detail the file really needs, add a grayscale pass if color is decoration, and get a PDF that clears the upload limit.

Three densities

The setting controls how images inside the file are re-rendered. Text is left alone.
Low300 DPIPrint still possible

Images keep enough resolution to come out of a printer cleanly. Use it for portfolios, artwork and anything that will be looked at closely.

Medium150 DPIThe everyday setting

Half the resolution, most of the saving. Reports, invoices and slide exports go out looking the way they went in.

High72 DPIScreen only

The smallest result on offer. Built for documents that live in a browser tab or an inbox and never touch paper.

How a run goes

01

Load the documents

Drop in up to 10 PDFs, 50 MB each. Scans, exports and generated reports all work.

02

Set the density

Pick Low, Medium or High, and turn on grayscale if the color in the file is not carrying any meaning.

03

Compare and collect

Each document reports its old size, its new size and the saving. Take them one at a time or all together.

Details that matter

Grayscale is the big lever

Dropping color from a text-heavy contract or form often saves more than the density setting does. It is a switch, not a separate job.

Ten at a time

Queue a whole folder of statements or scans in one pass instead of feeding them through individually.

Server-side rendering

The work happens on our machines, so a 40 MB scan will not stall the tab you are sitting in.

Nothing is kept

Your upload is deleted as soon as the compressed file is ready. We do not read, index or retain the contents.
