Questions
Is there a limit on how much I convert?
There is no daily cap on the number of files while your plan is active. Individual files are subject to a maximum size, which is larger on a paid plan than on the free tier.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. You can convert without an account, with a smaller per-file size limit, on the shared processing queue.
How do I cancel?
From your account dashboard, in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you keep my files?
No. Uploads are deleted as soon as your conversion finishes and outputs are purged within the hour.
