OXPSIN
OXPS is the Ecma standardized revision of XPS and the version Windows 8 and later produce by default. It does the same job of pinning down a document's layout for printing and viewing, with a specification anyone can implement. Software older than Windows 8 often cannot open one, which is the common reason to convert.
DOCMOUT
A DOCM is a Word document allowed to carry VBA macros. Teams use them where the document does work by itself: filling fields, checking a form before it is submitted, assembling a report from what someone typed. Since that code actually runs, these files are normally accepted only from trusted internal sources.
